Nonlinear helps users turn scans, invoices, receipts, forms, PDFs, and other office files into structured outputs such as spreadsheets, PDFs, documents, and text.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address, authentication metadata, subscription status, credit balance, uploaded file metadata, prompts, and job history. When you upload documents, the files and extracted outputs may be processed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, process uploaded documents, generate requested outputs, maintain billing and credits, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Nonlinear does not store card numbers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, and fraud-prevention signals under Stripe's own policies.

Third-party services

Nonlinear may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payment processing, and AI document extraction. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.

Document privacy

Uploaded documents can contain sensitive information. Do not upload documents unless you have the right to process them. Verify important AI-generated outputs before using them for filing, billing, legal, financial, or operational decisions.

Advertising and cookies

If advertising is enabled, advertising partners such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, ad personalization controls.
