Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Service
Nonlinear provides document parsing tools that can convert scans, receipts, invoices, forms, PDFs, and related files into structured outputs. The service may use AI systems and automated file processing.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you upload, the prompts you submit, and how you use the outputs. You must have the right to process uploaded files and must not use Nonlinear for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
AI output
AI can make mistakes. You must verify important outputs before relying on them for billing, filing, legal, medical, financial, governmental, or operational decisions.
Credits and billing
Nonlinear may provide free trial pages, beta credits, and paid subscriptions. Public plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may vary during beta. Complex pages may use more credits than simple pages. Credits or page allowances expire according to the plan shown at purchase. Credits are not returned once purchased or issued. Users can manage and cancel subscriptions through Stripe-hosted billing tools.
Uploaded files
We may reject files, delete expired files, limit usage, suspend accounts, or restrict processing to protect the service and other users. The public plan is designed around a private workspace of up to 10 GB retained for about 30 days, but retention and availability can vary during beta, abuse events, outages, or legal/security incidents.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
